This stock medical exhibit portrays amputation of the small and ring fingers with subsequent split thickness skin grafting. The first illustration shows debridement of the injury site. The second illustration shows removal of the necrotic small and ring fingers. The additional three illustrations detail the skin grafting procedure, including harvesting of the grafts from the anterior thighs, running the grafts through a mesher, and securing the meshed grafts over the open wounds with skin staples.
